Both products were designed to be simple to use, highly configurable, and recruiter-friendly from day one.

To activate them for your team, simply update your Greenhouse integration by clicking 'disconnect' and then 'connect' in your <a href="https://app.keeyora.com/#/dashboard/integrations" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Integrations tab</a>:

Important note: <b>only 1 Keeyora</b> admin in your team needs to update your Greenhouse integration.

Stage Change Automations allow your team to automatically send customized SMS messages to candidates as they move through the different stages of your Greenhouse pipeline.

Enhanced Interview Reminders make it easy to automatically schedule up to 4 SMS reminders for candidates with interviews booked in Greenhouse.

All Greenhouse customers will receive free access to the new automation package until July 15, 2026.

After the trial period, customers can choose to keep the automation package enabled for:

- $20/user/month (monthly subscriptions)
- $200/user/year (annual subscriptions)
