Getting Started With Enhanced Interview Reminders (Admins only)

How to set up and use enhanced interview reminders

Written by Brian Thompson

Enhanced Interview Reminders automatically send personalized text message reminders to candidates throughout the interview process, helping reduce no-shows and keeping candidates informed.

You can configure up to four automated reminders for every scheduled interview:

  • Interview Confirmation – Sent when the interview is first scheduled

  • Day Before Reminder – Sent the day before the interview

  • Day Of Reminder – Sent on the day of the interview

  • Post-Interview Follow Up – Sent after the interview has taken place

Watch a quick video overview below:

Getting Started

Follow these simple steps to activate Enhanced Interview Reminders:

1. Open the Interview Reminders Settings

Navigate to Automations → Interview Reminders.

2. Configure Your Reminders

Enable the reminder types you'd like to use and customize:

  • Message templates

  • Send times

Be sure to save any changes when you're finished.

3. Schedule the Reminders

When scheduling an interview in Greenhouse, click Send Interview Confirmation.

This will schedule all enabled interview reminders for that interview.

How It Works

Once scheduled, Keeyora automatically manages all enabled reminders associated with that interview.

You'll be able to view upcoming reminders directly within the extension.

FAQs

What happens if an interview is cancelled?

Cancelled interviews may still appear in the extension, but any scheduled interview reminders will not be sent.

What happens if an interview is rescheduled?

If an interview is rescheduled, you'll need to click Send Interview Confirmation again to update the scheduled reminders with the new interview details.

What happens if a candidate has multiple interviews scheduled?

Each interview is treated independently. If a candidate has multiple scheduled interviews, a separate set of interview reminders will be created for each interview.
