How do I enable and use the Tellent Recruitee + Keeyora integration for my team?

How to set up your Keeyora team and integrate it with Tallent Recruitee

Keeyora is easy and affordable text messaging software for recruiters. Integrating your Tellent Recruitee ATS with Keeyora will allow users to send individual texts and mass messages directly from within Tellent Recruitee with all conversations instantly being saved under each candidate profile as a note.

Getting your Keeyora account set up and integrated only takes a few minutes by following these steps:

Step 1: Create your Keeyora account

Step 2: Integrate your Keeyora account with Tellent Recruitee

Step 3: Invite members to join your Keeyora team

Step 4: Book your free training session!

Here's a breakdown of each step:


1) Go to Keeyora.com and click 'Login' to create your account with the username and password that we've provided you:


2) Select how texting seats you'd like to add to your team and enter your credit card details:

Note: if you want to do invoicing (Annual plans only) please reach out to brian@keeyora.com


3) Pick a phone number by entering your area code:

If you don't plan on using one of your texting seats then click 'Skip for now'


4) Download the Keeyora Chrome extension here:

You can also skip this step if you don't plan on texting with candidates


5) Integrate your account with Tellent Recruitee


6) Invite your team members via the 'Team' tab and clicking 'Send invite'.

IMPORTANT: make sure you use the EXACT email address of each of your team members and check for any spelling mistakes.

To invite new team members simply navigate to the Team tab and click on the 'Send invite' button where you can add your team members 1 at a time via email:

The new team member will receive an email notifying them that they've been invited to join your Keeyora team with a link to create their account and pick their texting number. Once the new team member finishes creating their account it will be displayed in your team list.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • sometime these emails go to junk/spam folders so ask your recruiters to check these folders if they don't see the invite.

  • Once each recruiter has been invited they don't technically need to receive the email before they can join. As long as the email address matches the email address in your Team tab then they can create their account and they will automatically join your team.

You can also purchase new seats and remove unused seats as your team expands or contracts over time.
