Our desktop browser notifications make it easy to know when you have received a text from your contacts. They look like this:
If you're not seeing these then it's likely that you'll need to enable Chrome notifications on your desktop. Windows users can follow these steps:
1) Search and select 'notifications' in your windows search bar:
2) Set Notifications to 'ON'
3) Toggle Google Chrome to 'ON'
If you're still not able to receive desktop browser notifications then contact your local IT support administrator.
