Sometimes a candidate will tell you that they don't want to receive texts about their job application. If this happens then you can opt-them out of future text messages by clicking the Opt-out icon in the contact's Keeyora profile:

Once you click the SAVE button the contact card will turn red and you will not be able to send any texts to that contact:

Unfortuantely there are times when candidates can harrass recruiters. If this happens you can block that contact by clicking the 'Block' icon and you will no longer receive any texts or calls from that candidate:

Once you click the SAVE button the contact card will turn red and you will not receive any calls or texts from that candidate.
