How to use our Interview Reminders feature.

Note: all interview reminders and scheduled messages will be sent based on the time zone that you have set in your account settings page.

Our Interview Reminders feature allows recruiters to schedule automatic reminder texts for interviews in a couple of mouse clicks.

Step 1: Toggle ON Interview Reminders in the Automations tab

Step 2: If you want, you can customize 'Day before' and 'Morning of' messages and confirm the time that they will be sent out each day.

In the below video we modify the time but we leave the default template message unchanged:

Step 3: Use the Text reminder button to set Interview Reminders in the extension. To learn how do to this, choose the most relevant option to you from the list below:
