Data Format Notes:

  • ALL area codes for phone numbers must be from North America. Please check this before sending your .csv files.

  • Make sure there is no cursor space after the headings 'FirstName', 'LastName', 'TalentPool'

  • Make sure there are no spaces between numbers when naming talent pools (eg 'August 8 2020' will NOT load)

  • Talent Pools can be a MAXIMUM of 50 candidates in size. This is to avoid carrier anti-spam filters and protect you from having your phone number black-listed.

  • Only the candidates listed on Sheet1 will be imported. Do not use multiple sheets, instead put all candidates and their corresponding numbers and talent pools on the same sheet.

Follow these steps to mass import candidates into your Rectxt account:

Tip: if you'd like to include a candidate in more than one talent pool then use a colon ':' between each talent pool.

This example below shows that Luke Skywalker is in 3 talent pools (Jedis & Pilots & Rebels) and Darth Vader is in one talent pool (Empire). There are no restrictions as to how many talent pools you create or how many candidates are in each talent pool.
