Integrating Keeyora with Greenhouse will allow your team to do the following:
Text candidates instantly from their ATS profile with all sent/received conversations automatically logging as a note in the candidate record.
Launch mass messages to group of up to 30 candidates at a time.
Note: only 1 Keeyora Admin needs to integrate their account with Greenhouse. Once this is done, all other Keeyora team members will also be integrated.
Here's how to integrate Keeyora with Greenhouse in 3 easy steps:
Step 1: Visit the Integrations tab and click on the Greenhouse logo, then click 'Connect'
Step 2: Enter your email address and Log in to Greenhouse:
*IMPORTANT: make sure your Greenhouse email address matches the exact same email address as your Keeyora email address* If it doesn't, please reach out to us via the Keeyora support tab and we will assist.
Step 3: Leave 'Authorize using a service account UNCHECKED' and click 'Authorize'
Your Keeyora should now integrated to your Greenhouse Account and look like this:
