The icons next to your sent text messages in Keeyora help you track their status.
One tick ✓ — Sent: Your message has been sent, but delivery has not yet been confirmed.
Two ticks ✓✓ — Delivered: Delivery of your message has been confirmed. This does not mean the recipient has read it.
Triangle icon ⚠️— Not sent: There is a problem with the recipient’s phone number, and your message was not sent. Check that the contact’s number is correct, including the country code.
Why hasn’t my message been delivered?
A message may be delayed or fail to reach the recipient for several reasons:
Their phone is unavailable. It may be switched off, out of signal range, or in airplane mode.
The phone number is incorrect or inactive. The number may contain a typo or no longer be in service.
The number cannot receive text messages. Some numbers, including many landlines, do not support SMS.
Spam filters have blocked the message. Mobile networks may filter messages if the content or links are flagged as suspicious.
The mobile network is experiencing issues. Temporary outages or network congestion can delay delivery.
What should I do?
First, check the recipient’s phone number and country code. If the message shows one tick, allow some time for delivery to be confirmed.
If you see the triangle icon, correct the contact’s number before trying again. If the problem continues, contact Keeyora support for help.
