Move candidates as you normally would in Greenhouse using:

Messages are scheduled 5 minutes after the stage change, giving you time to:

Enhanced Interview Reminders automatically schedule text reminders for candidates with upcoming interviews.

Depending on your team's configuration, candidates may receive:

After scheduling an interview in Greenhouse click 'Send interview confirmation' then 'Send email':

This action schedules all applicable interview reminder texts that your administrator has enabled.

You will see a notification confirming that the text reminders have been scheduled:

If an interview is rescheduled, previously scheduled reminders are not automatically updated.

After making changes to the interview schedule click Send Interview Confirmation again to ensure the correct reminders are scheduled.

If an interview is cancelled, scheduled interview reminder texts will not be sent.

The interview may still appear in Keeyora, but reminder messages will be automatically suppressed.

If a candidate has multiple interviews scheduled, each interview can have its own set of reminder messages.
